Boy was running around with my head cut off yesterday. My son is a pitcher for the West Florida Argos and they are in the regionals of the NCAA Div 2 baseball World Series so I had to be out of town by noon. I had 2 contract come in from buyers I am working with, so I had to get the written up, signed and submitted. I had 3 leads from my website I had to send properties to. Made it pout by 12:15, not to bad.
Had to drive to Pensacola 2 hours away. I had planned on staying there thru the tournament but on the way there I had a call and someone wanted to look at properties at 10 am today. So after we beat Stillman college 10-1 I had to drive all the way back.. what a long day... Now up at 8 am trying to make appointments for 10 am showings. I'm lucky our next game against Barry out of Miami isnt till late this afternoon so I dont have to be back on the road till 230/3pm... 3 more wins and we go to the super 8 in Cary NC and hopefully win the schools first National Championship!!
