I know its been a long while since Ive Blogged...lol.. A friend reminded me last night...Well this year has been very slow in Real Estate so far. My goal was 5 million in sales I havent reach 1 yet. My showings are way down..the phone hasnt been ringing like it use to and I have some nice listings.

Almost all my sales have been of my own listings. I think I have had 2 that weren't. But the low end stuff is all thats selling. I finally have a decent sale if it happens in July. There are title issues the old owner in back in vietnam and if we cant find him we cannot correct what was done wrong on the deed and this kills the sale.

On a great note my son Zach who is with the Atlanta Braves Minor League was just Promoted to Danville Braves and their opening night is tonight.. WISH Him Luck!!
