Well Monday I was running around with my head cut off, trying to get my two closings that were suppose to happen last week done.One had failed the water test so i was getting another sample. Had to run the well for two hours to flush it. Next one is the short sale that has been going on since February. The husband served the wife with divorce papers the day before closing. Now she was refusing to sign the papers. GRRRRR.
Zach Pitched today for the GCL Braves.. didnt do very good. 1 inning 2 runs 5 hits and only 1K..I kinda got on him trying to push him...He doesnt get to pitch but like every 4 days and I think he is not staying focused. in 2 games his ERA jumpped from 0.00 to 4.15
Finally on Tuesday My second sample came back good so we can close. wooo Had to mail out all the packages to the buyers and sellers since they all left Friday when we didnt close. Then by luck Ms Sanders answered the phone today. I explained the consequences of her not signing the papers. We had a legal binding contract she could be sued. The house was just about to go into foreclosure as a paymenT hadnt been made in a year and that would ruin her credit. She said she didnt know a notary and didnt have the money to pay one to notorize her signature. I got on the internet found a Mobile Notary in New Orleans and sent him the papers and got him to go to her home at 6pm today to get everything signed and sent back....
At 635 Roger called me it was all done and in the Fed Ex Box.. Cost me $150 out of my pocket to get this done but I had to do it. Well I should get paid Thgurday on both my closing... I hope..lol..... Got an accepted contract today also on an $80K home. Nothing to brag about but a dollars a dollar.....
Who said Real Estate was easy money????????? Every Deal latley is a jumping thru hoops expierence....
